Sprained ankle=Flimsy excuse not to paint

I’ve been laid up this week with a sprained my ankle. It might be a flimsy excuse for not painting, but honestly I haven’t figured out what to paint yet.
I don’t plan on painting anything new for the “Just a Few of My Favorite Things” show because I can enter anything I’ve ever made, so long as it depicts my favorite things (opportunities to show work done in the past doesn’t come around often and I want to take advantage of it). I’m definitely going to enter “Camel,” but I don’t know what the other two should be. I’m open to ideas (hint: that means please go to my gallery and choose something and email me or post your choices – Please & Thanks)
I think one of your architectural-type drawings would be nice.
And if you DID make something new, a portrait of your hubby would qualify as a ‘favorite thing’, I hope.
Is everything you’ve done already in your gallery? I ask because I don’t see your newest stuff. I’m sure you’ll get to that, but while you’re scanning, is there any other work you’re ready to show the world?
Thanks for the input. We are still working on the gallery for this site; I just haven’t had the time to get everything up and running. I have a lot of work that will never see it’s way to any website hehe, this site will have work that highlights what I’m currently doing.
